Job DescriptionsResponsible for handling the existing clients, build and maintain a strong relationship
Responsible to develop additional revenue streams with the existing key clients and develop business opportunities from new leads
Responsible for growth of key accounts, whilst ensuring that client retention is effectively managed through constant engagement with Access World’s existing clients and operations
Oversee and take ultimate commercial responsibility for nominated key accounts. Regular service calls to key existing clients
Responsible for quotation handling including costing and pricing
Contract Management to ensure that accepted quotations/contracts are updated in the company’s WMS system, filed, audit-proof, and that their validity is monitored
Monitor sales revenue per account on a monthly basis in line with company targets
Hold and manage regular meetings with commercial and key customer service staff for review of existing business and information sharing
Review, update and analyze system data and other relevant company reports
Develop and manage commercial procedures and related documentation
Responsible to coordinate and liaise with other departments in Singapore as well as other country offices for new business implementations, issues and/or disputes
Ensure commercial team implement and review SOP’s closely with regular assessments of shipments and services rendered, with reports on conformance/non-conformance to the operations executive and the clients
Account management to keep track of client’s on-going business and review with the customer service manager and team leaders
Contract negotiations and liaise with product managers, legal department and management regarding terms, conditions, liabilities and regulatory requirements
