Job Descriptions
1. Contract /Coordinate with customers that concerns products Claim-Defects in Appearance /Assembly. (Return /Recall/Sorting/Replacement.)
2. Investigation and countermeasures for returned products from customers (Defects in Appearance / Assembly) provide and submit the investigation report to customers.
3. Customer requirements or Survey about Quality.
4. Customer audit.
5. Headquaters (Rexxam Japan) Audit / Outsource Audit / Internal audit
6. Other tasks will be assigned by The QC Manager.
Qualifications
- Male / Female Age 30-40 years.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
- Have working experience at least 5 years as QC Supervisor in Electronics Industry.
- Knowledge in Quality systems / PCB Assembly Process / Or Electronics manufacturing process
