Job Descriptions
-Assist sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and price list
-Coordinate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information
-Follow up Waiting P/O and Service Job
-Check and Confirm parts and service fee
-Maintain accurate and update customer records in system
-Ensure all sales documents, contracts, and agreements are accurately maintained and up-to-date
-Generate related reports
Qualifications
- Age not over 30 years
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good in English and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
