Job Descriptions
•คัดเลือกและติดต่อประสานงานกับ Influencer ที่เหมาะสมกับภาพลักษณ์และสินค้าของแบรนด์ •เขียนบรีฟงาน พร้อมนำเสนอแนวคิดหรือไอเดียคอนเทนต์ให้กับ KOL •ดูแลและติดตามเนื้อหาจาก KOL เพื่อให้สามารถเผยแพร่ได้ตรงตามแผนและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด •ควบคุมและตรวจสอบผลงานของ KOL วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของผลงาน จากนั้นปรับกลยุทธ์ให้ดีขึ้นเพื่อให้ผลลัพธ์เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย •ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาดหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง อายุไม่เกิน 27 ปี
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน KOL / Influencer Marketing อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  3. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและเจรจาต่อรองได้ดี มีทักษะการติดต่อสื่อสารและการโน้มน้าวต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
  4. สนใจและมีความรู้และเข้าใจเทรนด์ปัจจุบันของ Social Media และ Influencer เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีความสามารถในการใช้ Social Media ช่องทางต่างๆเช่น Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, X และอื่นๆ ในการทำการตลาดสินค้า การโปรโมทแบรนด์ โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อยอดขาย
  6. หากเคยมีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการแคมเปญของ KOL/Influencer จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
