Job Descriptions
1.ติดตามอุปกรณ์ของลูกค้า
2.Remote ตรวจสอบและดูแลจากระยะไกล
3.แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น
4.สามารถใช้ AS400 ได้โดยรันคำสั่ง AS400
5.ตรวจสอบสถานะการสำรองข้อมูลระหว่าง AS400 กับ DC
ตรวจสอบรายการ
6.สามารถทำงานกะกลางคืนได้
7.งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ลูกค้ามอบหมาย
8.สามารถปฏิบัติงานในกะเวลากลางคืนได้ 14.00-22.00น.และ 21.00-06.00 น.
9.ทำงาน 5 วัน ต่อสัปดาห์ (ทางบริษัทจัดสรรวันหยุดให้)
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- สาขา คอมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ IT Support,IT Helpdesk,IT Service desk
- เรียนรู้เร็ว มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ
