1.วางแผนและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อให้ได้สินค้าที่มีคุณภาพและตามปริมาณที่กาหนด 2.ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อให้ผลิตสินค้าได้ตามมาตรฐานทั้งปริมาณและคุณภาพ 3.จัดอัตรากาลังคนให้เหมาะสมกับการผลิต 4.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 5.แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็วและวิเคราะห์หาแนวทางป้องกันแก่ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา พร้อมทั้งนาเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา 6.สนับสนุนและรับผิดชอบงานตามหน้าที่ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานระบบคุณภาพ สิ่งแวดล้อม และความปลอดภัย 7.ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
