Job Descriptions

-Implement HR policies and programs including employee relations, recruiting, staffing, wage salary administration, benefits, and management training -Develop and implement effective hiring and employee retention programs -Develop and manage annual budgets for the department perform periodic cost and productivity analyses -Collaborate with business partners and HR leaders to identify and address skills gaps and talent development needs within the organization -Ensure effective communication of policies. regulations and all company-related regulations related to human resource management and administration -Maintain an effective level of business literacy including company goals, mission, financial position, strategy, competition, technology and culture -Work with department heads and managers to identify performance gaps and take initiatives to improve performance through goal-based training and development interventions

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in human resource management, management, political or related fields.
5 years’ experience in Human resource management all functions in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and execute multiple initiatives.
Strength in data analysis and presentation skills.
