Job Responsibilities: 1.Oversee all front sales area activities (cleanliness, anti-theft, customer service, product displays). 2.Assist the Store Manager with administration and management of front sales area systems. 3.Support the Store Manager in managing front-line staff and store operations. 4.Lead and manage VCM (Vendor Contract Management) activities and evaluations. 5.Assist with recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of store staff. 6.Help manage work schedules and daily operations in coordination with Middle and Back Area Leaders. Preferred Qualifications : 1.Experience overseeing front sales area (cleanliness, anti-theft, customer service, product displays). 2.Willing to work in different cities and flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays). 3.Able to manage and evaluate VCM (Vendor Contract Management). 4.Experience in recruiting, training, and evaluating front sales staff. 5.Able to assist the Store Manager with staff administration (scheduling, performance management). 6.Good coordination with Middle and Back Area Leaders for smooth daily operations. 7.Strong skills in staff development and performance evaluation. 8.Knowledge of product management (expiration dates, damages, stock quality). 9.Proficient in handling anti-theft systems, store cleanliness, and customer service. 10.Experience in analyzing product sales (SKU) and planning product needs. 11.Experience supporting new store openings. 12.Good Command in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree. - At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor. - Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours.
