Job Descriptions
- Provide customers with information about products and services, including credit cards and loans. - Offer advice and resolve basic issues for customers. - Listen to feedback and complaints to coordinate with relevant departments. - Compare the benefits of Card X products and services with the market to deliver useful and suitable information to customers.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
  2. Strong skills in coordination, negotiation, handling pressure, and problem-solving.
  3. Proficient in using computers and typing in Thai/English.
  4. Work 5 days, off 2 days, able to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
  5. Able to commute to work at Bangkhen branch (BTS Ratchayothin).
  6. Able to work overtime.
  7. Experience in Call Center English skill at least 1 Year.
  8. TOEIC Score 550+
