Junior Factory Manager (ผู้จัดการโรงงานฝึกหัด)
ฝึกฝนเพื่อเป็นผู้จัดการโรงงาน สายการผลิตสิ่งทอ (โรงทอ โรงย้อม โรงเย็บ)
- ศึกษาวิเคราะห์ขั้นตอนการทำงาน เพื่อเขียนคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานทั้งระบบ
- ฝึกการบริหารงานผลิต ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และคุณภาพ
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของอาคาร เครื่องจักร วัตถุดิบ และคน
Qualifications
- รับทุกเพศ // อายุ ไม่เกิน 35 ปี // สัญชาติไทย
- จบการศึกษา ป ตรี หรือ สูงกว่า สาขา วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (วิศวอุตสาหการ หรือ วิศวเคมี) หรือ วิทยาศาสตร์ (เคมี)
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในสายงานผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์ควบคุม บริหาร จัดการทีม
- รักการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ มีตรรกะในการคิดวิเคราะห์
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้
