Job Descriptions
Control, maintain, and manage quality management system documents in compliance with IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
Verify the accuracy of documents before entering them into the system and ensure effective distribution and up-to-date document control.
Prepare and maintain a systematic Document Register and Quality Records.
Coordinate with various departments to create, revise, or update documents in accordance with system requirements.
Manage both hard copy and soft copy documents to ensure accessibility and effective usage.
Prepare documents and related data for internal audits and external assessments.
Communicate and follow up on document or procedure changes across the organization.
Support quality system implementation and other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Gender: All genders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in quality document control, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in document control under the IATF 16949 system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong skills in document management, organization, coordination, and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and collaborate well in a team environment
- Basic English communication skills
