Job Descriptions
- ติดต่อหาลูกค้า (Cold Calling) เพื่อแนะนำสินค้าและบริการ Software ของบริษัท อาทิ PromptX, ONEWEB, FactoryX - สร้างลีดใหม่ โดยใช้ฐานข้อมูลจากบริษัทหรือค้นหาด้วยตนเอง - ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้าเบื้องต้น และส่งต่อให้ทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Presales หรือ Sales Executive - นัดหมายการสาธิต (Demo) หรือการนำเสนอเพิ่มเติมกับลูกค้าที่มีความสนใจ - บันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าและอัปเดตสถานะการติดต่อในระบบ CRM อย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน - ทำงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาดในการสนับสนุนแคมเปญต่าง ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการขาย - รายงานผลการโทรและผลลัพธ์ประจำวันต่อหัวหน้าทีม
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Telesales หรือ Customer Service อย่างน้อย 1 ปี (หากเคยขายสินค้าประเภทเทคโนโลยี/ซอฟต์แวร์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีความมั่นใจในการโทรหาลูกค้า
  4. มีเป้าหมายในการทำยอดขาย และพร้อมเรียนรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ๆ
  5. ใช้งาน Microsoft Office และระบบ CRM ได้ในระดับพื้นฐาน
  6. มีความอดทน กระตือรือร้น และมีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน
