Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities System Deployment & Configuration: Install, configure, and optimize middleware platforms (BPM, BRMS, ECM, Messaging, etc.) and open-source solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Deploy, manage, and scale middleware and AI platforms on AWS, Azure, and GCP, utilizing containerization with Docker and Kubernetes. Database Administration: Administer and optimize relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. Automation & DevOps: Create and maintain automation scripts using Ansible, Terraform, and shell scripting to streamline infrastructure and deployment processes. Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system stability and scalability. Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards across all deployments. Integration & API Management: Work with REST APIs, SOAP services, and microservices architectures to integrate middleware systems with enterprise applications. Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases to support platform stability and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills 1. Linux 2. Kubenetes 3. Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration, cloud infrastructure, and middleware deployment/management.
  3. Strong hands-on experience with IBM, Red Hat, or similar middleware products (BPM, BRMS, ECM, Message Queues, etc.).
  4. Experience managing open-source middleware platforms (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Supabase).
  5. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
  6. Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server administration.
  7. Experience with DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  8. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  9. Experience in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) setup and planning.
  10. Familiarity with IBM WebSphere, OpenShift, Red Hat JBoss, or Apache Tomcat.
  11. Industry certifications in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), IBM Software, or DevOps technologies.
  12. Scripting knowledge with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
