- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีความอดทน กระตือรือร้น และมีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป ในสายงานสรรหา
- มีประสบการณ์การหาตำแหน่ง IT Software จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
