Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Finance and Accounting to lead and oversee all financial operations in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role is responsible for managing funding sources, preparing the annual budget, and planning team resources to support the company’s growth objectives. The Director will also establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and industry partners to effectively address regulatory matters. Responsibilities: •Lead and supervise accounting, financial planning, and annual budgeting in accordance with relevant laws and standards. •Coordinate with internal departments on new business transactions impacting accounting processes. •Review and present quarterly and annual financial performance reports to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee. •Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial statements and regulatory reports to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). •Liaise with external auditors, address audit findings, and ensure thorough quarterly and annual financial audits. •Review corporate income tax filings (PND.50, PND.51), withholding tax, VAT, and ensure full compliance with tax regulations. •Manage short-term working capital and long-term funding strategies to support business operations and optimize financial costs. •Provide accounting and tax advisory services to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed. •Oversee team capacity planning, recruitment, performance evaluations, and career development. •Support effective cash collection processes and implement tax-compliant operational workflows. •Drive continuous process improvements and collaborate with the IT department on system enhancements. •Serve as a member of the Provident Fund Committee and participate in key personnel decisions. •Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in accounting and finance.
At least 5 years’ experience in team leadership and management.
Proficient in English (basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficient in Microsoft AX, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of taxation and regulations related to the Stock Exchange of Thailand and public companies.
Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
