Job Descriptions

-Participate in new project on measurement plan development, Include choose measurement apparatus specification, gage and measurement fixture design discussion etc -Participate in develop measurement plan for new project, compile test instruction -Responsible for working out CMM program, include the program of full dimension layout, first/last piece, process control etc -Responsible for develop out the form of full dimension layout -Responsible for compile measure apparatus instruction -Participate in gage draw review and final acceptance check -Responsible for develop gage calibration method and work out calibration instruction -Review gage calibration report -Review full dimension report -Responsible support lab and inspection team on technology, if necessary training measurement method and gage operation to them

Qualifications

Major on Mechanical or Measurement related
Good communication skills in Thai，English skill requirement: Can read drawing and specification from customer in English
Familiar with geometrical dimensions precision measurement, Good at using measurement apparatus, such as CMM, Profile etc Familiar with metal test will be plus, such as chemistry composition test, X-ray, hardness and mechanical properties etc
