Job Descriptions
Inventory Control Responsibilities
1. Acted as a team leader in managing and improving inventory control processes.
2. Established and implemented accounting procedures for inventory purchasing in accordance with company policy.
3. Calculated and set standard costs (STD. cost) in the accounting system to support accurate cost control.
4. Reviewed and verified inventory number request documents to ensure proper tracking and authorization.
5. Monitored and analyzed inventory movement reports to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
6. Verified inventory purchase vouchers to ensure proper recording and compliance with internal controls.
7. Audited and reconciled inventory listing reports to support financial reporting accuracy.
8. Analyzed inventory variances and investigated root causes to support cost efficiency.
9. Reviewed quarterly investment reports from Stavis to align with company performance metrics.
Fixed Assets Control Responsibilities
1. Led the fixed assets control process, ensuring asset accuracy and policy compliance.
2. Developed and enforced accounting procedures for asset acquisition and capitalization.
3. Checked fixed asset purchase vouchers to confirm accounting accuracy and approval flow.
4. Maintained and reconciled fixed asset listing reports with general ledger balances.
5. Oversaw the write-off and sale process of fixed assets, ensuring compliance with company policies.
6. Calculated depreciation expenses in line with accounting standards and asset usage.
Qualifications
- Male or Female age between 32 - 37 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or or finance.
- Experience more than 7 years in Inventory, Fixed Asset Function.
- Knowledge in Accounting Software such as D365, ERP, AS400
- Management Skill and good personality.
- Good communication & Human relation.
