Lead Generation & Qualification ·Call prospective clients in Thai and English to introduce EnerGreen’s solar energy solutions ·Identify key data points such as company needs, interest levels, and site information ·Qualify leads and forward them to the senior sales team for follow-up Customer Communication ·Build rapport through confident, friendly phone conversations ·Send follow-up emails and respond to basic inquiries with clarity and professionalism ·Maintain motivation and composure when dealing with uninterested or busy leads CRM & Reporting ·Accurately update Bitrix24 CRM with lead data and call notes ·Track call performance, follow-ups, and outcomes ·Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation processes

Qualifications

Education: Recent graduates or final-year students in: Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields
Strong communication skills
Target-driven
Eager to improve and grow in a sales role
Organized and efficient with time management and follow-up tracking
Collaborative and works well within a team environment
Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
Basic familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Bitrix24 is a plus (training provided)
Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
Technical background or interest in energy and solar is a plus, especially for engineering graduates
Able to conduct simple online research to identify new prospects and market opportunities
