·Send follow-up emails and respond to basic inquiries with clarity and professionalism
·Maintain motivation and composure when dealing with uninterested or busy leads
CRM & Reporting
·Accurately update Bitrix24 CRM with lead data and call notes
·Track call performance, follow-ups, and outcomes
·Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation processes
