Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and approve distributor’s annual and quarterly marketing plans to align with HQ strategies and brand positioning. 2. Monitor and evaluate all distributor-led marketing activities (ATL, BTL, digital, social media, CRM, showroom events). 3. Provide regular feedback to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement. 4. Ensure distributors execute marketing plans on time, within budget, and meet KPIs. 5. Conduct quarterly business reviews and performance evaluations with the distributor’s marketing team. 6. Serve as main contact between regional/global HQ and Thai distributor on marketing matters. 7. Localize global campaigns and product launch strategies for Thai market while maintaining brand integrity. 8. Coordinate rollout of marketing materials, toolkits, and communications from HQ to distributor. 9. Provide Thai market insights and consumer trends to HQ to support strategy development. 10. Ensure all marketing communications comply with corporate identity and brand guidelines. 11. Train and support distributor’s marketing team on brand standards, campaign execution, and reporting. 12. Conduct brand audits to ensure showroom and campaign consistency with standards. 13. Consolidate campaign results, market performance, and KPI reports from distributor. 14. Analyze campaign effectiveness regarding brand awareness, lead generation, traffic, and sales conversion. 15. Manage co-op fund usage and ensure marketing expenditures are documented and within budget. 16. Support major campaigns like new model launches, test drives, motor shows, roadshows, and PR events. 17. Align PR, influencer, and digital media strategies with HQ direction and Thai consumer preferences. 18. Coordinate with media agencies and vendors, especially for HQ-led campaigns requiring local adaptation.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive industry or in regional/distributor coordination roles.
  3. Strong understanding of Thai consumer behavior and media landscape.
  4. Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (HQ, distributor, agencies).
  5. Fluent in Thai and English (both spoken and written) for business communication; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  7. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
  8. Experience working in a regional or cross-cultural team environment.
