Job Descriptions

• Provide interpretation support primarily within the Sales Department. • Offer secretarial assistance to the Japanese Executive Manager. • Coordinate between the Japanese Manager and internal departments/customers. • Join client visits with the Sales Team and act as interpreter. Prepare memos, reports, and related documentation. • Interpreter/Translate Japanese - Thai • Handle general secretarial duties and additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
Experience as over 3 years in Sales, Sales coordinator, Japanese interpreter, Administration
Experience working in a Japanese company is highly preferred to ensure understanding of Japanese corporate culture.
Age between 30 – 45 years old.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Mature and professional demeanor are preferred.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Have car licenses is plus
