Job Descriptions
1.ทบทวนแผนการผลิตรายเดือน จัดทำแผนการผลิตประจำปี และตรวจสอบการผลิตตามปกติ
2.จัดทำใบเสนอราคาสินค้าของบริษัท ใบเสนอราคาค้าปลีก การลงนามเกี่ยวกับราคาและสัญญาการขายสินค้า
3. จัดระเบียบและประสานงานการจัดเตรียมแผนการผลิตของแต่ละโรงงาน ประสานงานและแก้ไขกระบวนการผลิตที่ผิดปกติ และรับประกันการส่งมอบ
4.รับผิดชอบการจัดการการนำเข้าส่งออกของบริษัท และตรวจสอบว่าระบบการนำเข้าส่งออกของบริษัทถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
5.ประสานงานผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านโลจิสติกส์ในการส่งมอบวัสดุ เพื่อรับประกันการจัดส่งสำเร็จ
6.จัดระเบียบและประสานงานด้านการวางแผน ความต้องการชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่หลังการขาย ให้ข้อมูลที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับการส่งมอบหลังการขาย และรับประกันอัตราการจัดส่งชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่หลังการขาย
7.วางแผนแผนการจัดหาวัตถุดิบตามแผนการผลิตของบริษัท จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบและดูแลขั้นตอนการมาถึงของวัตถุดิบ ปรับปรุงอัตราการส่งมอบวัตถุดิบตรงเวลาและปรับปรุงวิธีการชำระบัญชีของวัตถุดิบ ลดแรงกดดันต่อกองทุนสินค้าคงคลัง
1. Review the monthly production plan, prepare the annual production plan, and inspect the regular production.
2. Prepare the company's product quotation, retail quotation, sign the price and sales contract.
3. Organize and coordinate the preparation of each factory's production plan, coordinate and correct the abnormal production process, and ensure delivery.
4. Responsible for the company's import and export management, and check that the company's import and export system is legal.
5. Coordinate with logistics experts to deliver materials, to ensure successful delivery.
6. Organize and coordinate the planning of after-sales spare parts requirements, provide effective information for after-sales delivery, and ensure the delivery rate of after-sales spare parts.
7. Plan the raw material procurement plan according to the company's production plan, make the purchase order of raw materials, and supervise the arrival of raw materials, improve the timely delivery rate of raw materials and improve the settlement method of raw materials, reduce the pressure on the inventory fund.
Qualifications
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการควบคุมการวางแผนการผลิตเป็นเวลา 2 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งเดียวกันมากกว่า 2 ปีขึ้นไปสามารถผ่อนผันเรื่องการศึกษาได้)
- มีประสบการณ์ในส่วนงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง โลจิสติกส์
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำนักงานได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- สามารถรวบรวม จัดเรียงลำดับ วิเคราะห์ ดำเนินการ พิจารณาและตอบสนอง รวมถึงการตัดสินใจที่ดี
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ 5W การจัดการตารางเวลา สามารถสาเหตุของปัญหา แก้ไขปัญหา และทำรายงานขนาด A3
- มีความสามารถในการกำหนดเป้าหมายและการดำเนินการ การตัดสินที่แม่นยำ และการสร้างทีมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
