Job Descriptions

Oversee and manage the entire production process for flexible packaging Plan and control manpower, materials, and machinery effectively Analyze and solve production issues and quality defects Ensure compliance with quality management systems (HACCP, GMP/GSP, ISO 9001:2015, BRC) Motivate, lead, and develop production teams for high performance Coordinate with other departments to resolve production-related issues Monitor productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives วันจันทร์ – วันเสาร์ เวลา 08.00 – 17.00 น. (หยุดวันอาทิตย์)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Printing, Packaging, Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in flexible packaging production, at a managerial level or above
Strong understanding of production processes and quality management systems
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
Flexible and adaptable in team and operations management
Completed training in HACCP, GMP/GSP, ISO 9001:2015, and BRC
Must possess a valid driver’s license
