Job Descriptions

- RFQ Management: Handle the full process of Request for Quotation (RFQ) submissions including pricing, technical specifications, and documentation in coordination with internal departments. - New Customer Development: Identify and engage prospective clients to grow the customer base and expand market reach. - Current Customer Care: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through timely communication, issue resolution, and proactive support. - Collaboration with Front-End Teams & Customers: Work closely with the internal front-end engineering and production teams to align technical solutions with customer needs. - Demand Forecasting: Analyze market trends and customer input to provide accurate demand forecasts and ensure supply chain alignment. - Customer Visits and Meetings: Conduct regular on-site and virtual meetings with customers to review project status, gather feedback, and present new solutions. - Accounts Receivable (A/R) Management & Delivery Schedules: Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate with finance to ensure timely collections; manage and confirm delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or related field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience working in a sales or technical support position Especially in similar industries will be given special consideration
Familiarity with RFQ management, customer relationship management (CRM), and forecasting will be an advantage
Have the technical knowledge to explain complex products and solutions to customers.
Have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Have the ability to travel as needed to meet customers.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude
