Job Descriptions

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end development of new flexible packaging products - Initiate and implement forward-thinking packaging technologies, sustainable materials, and process improvements that align with market trends. - Identify and evaluate new raw materials, work with suppliers to source quality materials and testing to set standards of quality - Monitoring and control budget effectively, optimize resource allocation - Problem solving and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and success new product development

Qualifications

Thai nationality, any gender, age not over 45 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or a related field.
10 years of experience as R&D role
Minimum 3 years of experience in film blowing machine
Strong understanding of raw material, chemical and polymer, product testing methodologies, and quality standards
Skilled in managing multiple R&D projects, including planning, budgeting, troubleshooting, lead and inspire a team of researchers or product developers
An analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
