Job Descriptions

Position: Technical Service Manager (Permanent) Location: บางบัวทอง Working day: Monday to Friday 8.00-17.00 Responsibilities: 1. Help resolve technical problems on standard, special, and CNC machine tool products and controls. 2. Verbally assist customers and customer service representatives with both electrical and mechanical technical advice obtained from technical manuals, engineering, etc. 3. Maintain all reference materials at workstation in a neat and orderly manner to properly support assigned products. 4. Help serve as technical training instructor to regional service groups and customers on new and old equipment. 5. Generate service technical bulletins to advise customer service representatives and other qualified parties of procedure, design modifications, or change. 6. Process spare parts orders when necessary (Spare parts ordering from LVDB & LVDCN & Other party). 7. Service planning 8. Perform other duties assigned as necessary. 9. After sale support. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any filed.
At least 5 years working experience in technical support for machine
Own car with driving license (travel up-country).
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership.
English Speaking
