1.Plans and monitors for production line such as machine utilization, quality improvement and costs reduction 2.Manage and responsibility for safety, quality, productivity including improvement, root cause analysis and countermeasure 3.Manage and responsibility for manpower, raw materials, machines, equipment, etc. in the most efficiency and effective way 4.Follow up and monitor on budget of the plants 5.Participate in company vision and mission determine as well as policy and target 6.Collects and analyses data and information & quality control reports to improves production strategies and objectives 7.Create good working environment and good labor relations atmosphere in factory Working Time: Mon - Fri 8.00 -17.45 ( 2 sat / month) Welfare - Social Security - Provident Fund - Bonus - Annual Health Check-up
