Job Descriptions
1. Customer Claims Coordinator
2. Manage and follow up on customer claims related to product quality and ensure timely resolution.
3. Coordinate between customers and the QA team to ensure that the products meet the required quality standards and customer expectations.
4. Prepare reports on claim status, provide regular updates to customers
5. Assist the QA department in improving quality control processes and customer satisfaction

- Age 22-28 Years old
- bachelor's Degree
- Communication Skills/Experience in Quality Assurance Processes
