Job Descriptions
1. วางแผนและดำเนินการตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ IT Infrastructure (เช่น Network Switch, Firewall, Server) ตามรอบ Preventive Maintenance (PM) 2. บันทึกและจัดทำรายงานสภาพการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ อย่างเป็นระบบ พร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขกรณีพบปัญหา 3. ตรวจสอบสถานะการทำงานของระบบ 4. จัดเก็บ Log, ค่า Utilization (CPU, RAM, Disk), และข้อมูลสำคัญอื่น ๆ สำหรับนำมาวิเคราะห์และรายงาน 5. ประสานงานกับทีม NOC / Network / System Enginee 6. จัดทำรายงานรายเดือน / รายไตรมาส 7. อัปเดตและดูแล Inventory ของอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายและเครื่องแม่ข่ายให้อัพเดตอยู่เสมอ
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน IT Infrastructure, System หรือ Network Support อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. หากมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำรายงานอุปกรณ์ IT หรือ Preventive Maintenance จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. เข้าใจการทำงานของอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย (Switch, Firewall, Access Point) และเครื่องแม่ข่าย (Server, Storage, VM)
  5. สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Excel และ Word ได้ในระดับดี สำหรับการจัดทำรายงาน
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถจัดทำเอกสาร/รายงานได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
  7. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์เบื้องต้นจากค่าต่าง ๆ เช่น CPU Usage, RAM, Disk, Interface Load เป็นต้น
  8. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ตรงต่อเวลา และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  9. มีทักษะการใช้งาน Power Automate, PowerShell, Excel Macro หรือเครื่องมือช่วย Automation อื่น ๆ
  10. มีความรู้หรือเคยใช้งานอุปกรณ์จาก Fortinet, HPE Aruba, หรือ VMware
