Job Descriptions
• ดำเนินการติดตามการชำระหนี้ของลูกค้าที่มีวงเงินหรือยอดหนี้คงค้างในระดับสูง (High Balance) • ให้บริการด้วยความสุภาพ รอบคอบ และมีความเข้าใจในความต้องการของลูกค้า • ติดตามกลุ่มลูกค้าที่มีสถานะค้างชำระ พร้อมวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงและแนวโน้มการชำระ • มีทักษะในการเจรจาอย่างมืออาชีพ เพื่อหาข้อสรุปที่เหมาะสมทั้งสำหรับลูกค้าและองค์กร • สื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับทางเลือกในการชำระหนี้ที่เหมาะสมกับลูกค้าแต่ละราย • จัดทำรายงานสถานะการชำระหนี้ พร้อมวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการชำระของลูกค้า High Balance • เสนอแนวทางเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการบริหารหนี้และลดอัตราหนี้เสีย (NPL) • มีประสบการณ์ในการติดตามหนี้ลูกค้าระดับ High Balance หรือกลุ่มลูกค้าธุรกิจ มีพื้นฐานความรู้ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน เช่น บัตรเครดิต สินเชื่อบุคคล จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ Overtime (OT) ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
Qualifications
  1. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปวส. ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานCollection อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  3. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในการทำงาน และมีใจรักการบริการ
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการติดตามหนี้ลูกค้า High Balance หรือกลุ่มลูกค้ารายใหญ่ มีพื้นฐานความรู้ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน เช่น บัตรเครดิต สินเชื่อบุคคล หรือสินเชื่อธุรกิจ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีทักษะด้านการใช้ MS Office ในระดับดี
  6. สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ Overtime (OT) ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
