Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบการวางแผนการผลิต และแผนความต้องการวัตถุดิบ 2.งานพัฒนาและปรับปรุงการวางแผนการผลิต ปรับปรุงแก้ไขเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3.จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานประจำเดือน 4.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขา: วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ (Industrial Engineering) หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ในสายงานการผลิตหรือควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต 0–3 ปี(หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. เข้าใจกระบวนการผลิต และสามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาในไลน์ผลิตได้
  4. ใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ เช่น: Line Balancing Time Study / Motion Study Root Cause Analysis (RCA) FMEA, Control Plan
  5. หากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Lean, Kaizen, 5S หรือ Six Sigma จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ได้
  7. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD หรือโปรแกรมออกแบบอื่น ๆ (ในกรณีมีการเขียนแบบ)
  8. สามารถทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิต, QA, วิศวกรรม,  และฝ่ายลูกค้าได้
  9. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี โดยเฉพาะการเขียนอีเมล , จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค และการนำเสนอ
  10. ละเอียดรอบคอบ / ชอบวิเคราะห์ / มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก รับแรงกดดันได้ดี / แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ มีความรับผิดชอบและมุ่งมั่นต่อเป้าหมายองค์กร
  11. อายุไม่เกินรับ 30 ปี
