Job Overview : We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product and Portfolio Manager to lead product vision, planning, and execution within the Coral Group. This individual contributor role directly to the Managing Director and offers significant ownership over a dynamic product portfolio.
You'll be responsible for shaping the Coral Group's product direction, managing priorities across multiple initiatives, and delivering impactful solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate combines product management expertise with portfolio-level thinking and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and drive the Coral Group's product strategy and roadmap.
- Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
- Own the Coral product portfolio, balancing resources across current products and new opportunities.
- Lead prioritisation efforts based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, design, operations, and marketing teams.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director on product decisions and growth plans.
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to inform strategy and validate direction.
- Analyse product performance using data and user feedback to guide improvement.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, timelines, and communication around product initiatives.
- Ensure portfolio alignment with organizational goals and identify gaps or overlaps.
Qualifications
- BA or higher in Marketing or related fields.
- Experience in product management, including strategic planning and delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple products or lead product portfolios.
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with product planning and collaboration tools.
- Experience working across-functionally in lean or agile environments.
- High level of autonomy and ability to work independently with executive leadership.
