Job Descriptions
•Coordinate with customer to receive requirement with improve and follow up the plan.
•Coordinate with customer and factory (oversea) to solve problem in techniques and quality for customer.
•Conduct for solving problem of techniques field and quality.
•Arrange and conduct weekly meeting with related parties both internal and customer.
•Summary and make the problem description/result for customer and factory same align improvement.
•Cooperate with internal company to improve quality issue and make preventive action.
•This job is emphasized on coordination and prompt response to each party, work in office.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science or related field or any related field.
- Have an experience in QA-QC-Engineering, customer support job functional 1-4 years.
- Have experience in electronics field is advantaged.
- Have Knowledge of EMS (SMT, Module) and component.
- Have Knowledge of QMS
- Good personality with good communication, presentation and service skills.
- Experience in HDD industry is preferred.
