Job Descriptions

Communicate with suppliers and obtain prior approval for chargebacks whenever possible.

Reclaim air transportation and time expenses from suppliers if incurred due to their inefficiencies.

Request and follow up on chargeback invoices.

Execute chargebacks to suppliers without compromising future deliveries or their financial stability.

Charge back costs and waste to suppliers when caused by their actions.

Control and reduce obsolete stock of raw materials.

Review and manage obsolete raw material stock to minimize inventory levels.

Minimize obsolete materials resulting from daily design changes.

Prepare a monthly freight cost report, clearly detailing the responsibility split.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in handling chargebacks, freight cost analysis, and obsolete stock control is an advantage.
Knowledge of vehicle systems, manufacturing processes, and logistics operations.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems ( SAP) is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
