Job Descriptions

•To ensure that data for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing are accurately and timely •Independently responsible for the finance and accounting department operation. •Analyze financial data to provide management information on cost allocation and controls, comparison of results against budget. •Varieties of analysis to ensure effective management of capital and revenue budgets. •Manage all tax related transactions to ensure compliance with local tax rules including corporation tax, VAT, and duty etc. and setting up the transfer price. •To ensure that planning, developing and maintenance the accounting principles, practices and procedure are in place. •Work with internal and external auditors to ensure that the audit financial statements is timely reported. •Coach, train, and manage accounting staff, ensure continuous improvement of accounting function. •Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree of Accounting, Finance and related.
5+ years experienced in the manager levels for Accounting and Financial including the business planning and analyzing with manufacturing environment.
Strong Forecasting, Modelling and Costing Analysis Capabilities.
Responsible, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good problems solving skills and creative mindset to work in a high growth company.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to all levels of staff and management
Good command of English or Chinese (Spoken & Written and Reading)
Computer literacy: MS office, Excel, ERP system
