Job Descriptions
1.Perform routine accounting fuctions such as data entry, invoices issuance, bookkeeping and dovument filing 2.Porcess and record transactions such as sales and expences Trips to the bank for account openings/closures and other tasks that require presence at the back 3.Update and maintain accouting journals, ledgers and records 4.Arrange the transportation and accommodation of the travelers 5.Management of cleaning, catering, staff dormitories, office equipment, etc 6.Assist the general manager in handling local government affairs, document submission, etc 7.Provide general administrative and clerical support，including document translation 8.Responsible for the warehousing, outbound, inventory taking, return and other operations of materials, and maintain and update them in the system 9.Local raw material purchasing 10.Other tasks assigned by the leader
Qualifications
  1. Experience using accounting sofeware
  2. Minimum 1 year accounting assistant experience
  3. Strong attention to detail, responsible
  4. Good command of English
  5. Diploma in accounting
