เรากำลังมองหา Product Manager / Product Owner ที่มีวิสัยทัศน์ ชื่นชอบการสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์ดิจิทัล และมีความเข้าใจในวิธีนำ AI มาเพิ่มคุณค่าให้กับซอฟต์แวร์ เป็นผู้นำทางความคิดของผลิตภัณฑ์ ทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนา ทีม UX/UI และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย เพื่อสร้างระบบที่ตอบโจทย์ผู้ใช้และขยายศักยภาพทางธุรกิจได้จริง หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ - กำหนด Product Vision, Product Strategy และ Roadmap ร่วมกับทีมบริหาร - เก็บข้อมูลผู้ใช้งาน วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และจัดลำดับความสำคัญของฟีเจอร์ - เขียน PRD (Product Requirement Document), User Stories, Flow Diagram เพื่อให้ทีมพัฒนาทำงานได้ชัดเจน (ร่วมกับทีม) - ขับเคลื่อนการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผสมผสาน AI หรือ Automation เช่น Recommendation Engine, Chatbot, Predictive Analytics ฯลฯ - ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับทีม UX/UI เพื่อออกแบบประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้ที่ดี - ประสานงานกับ Dev, QA และ Stakeholders เพื่อให้การพัฒนาเป็นไปตามแผน - วัดผลและวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการใช้งานจริง เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง - สนับสนุนการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (Product Launch) และจัดทำข้อมูลสำหรับทีมการตลาด/ขาย - เป็นผู้นำทีมในเชิงแนวคิด สื่อสารชัดเจน และตัดสินใจในสิ่งที่มีผลกระทบต่อผลิตภัณฑ์
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Product Management หรือ Product Owner อย่างน้อย 2–5 ปี
  2. มีความเข้าใจใน Software Development Lifecycle และสามารถทำงานในทีม Agile/Scrum ได้
  3. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการนำ AI/ML/NLP มาใช้ในผลิตภัณฑ์ (ไม่จำเป็นต้องลงมือเขียนโค้ด)
  4. เข้าใจ Business Model และสามารถเชื่อมโยงมุมมองทางธุรกิจกับผลิตภัณฑ์ได้ดี
  5. มีภาวะผู้นำ และทักษะการสื่อสารที่ยอดเยี่ยม ทั้งด้านเทคนิคและเชิงธุรกิจ
  6. สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานและตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ได้
  7. ใช้เครื่องมือ เช่น Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, ClickUp หรือ Trello ได้ดี
  8. หากเคยทำงานหรือมีความรู้ในธุรกิจคลินิก, โรงพยาบาล, ความงาม หรือสุขภาพ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
