Job Descriptions
- Handling day to day import / export operation as per company work instruction. - Collaborating with customers, carriers, suppliers, vendors, and related departments for import-export processes. - Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments to customer until the job complete. - Closing job and coordiating with billing team about billing process. - Taking responsibility for problem-solving, following up on requests and addressing customer issues. - Ensuring the quality and accuracy of work to meet KPIs.
Qualifications
  1. ฺBachelor's degree in any field
  2. Knowledge of import-export process
  3. At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service in freight forwarding industry.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
  5. Service-minded, with the ability to operate under pressure
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  7. Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English and Thai
