Job Descriptions

Manufacture plastic components for the automotive and electronics industries. Location : Amata nakorn Chonburi Job Description 1.Facility Operations & Maintenance 2.Oversee daily operations of factory facilities, including buildings, machinery, HVAC, electrical systems, water supply, and waste management. 3.Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime. 4.Manage repair and servicing of production machinery, utilities, and infrastructure. 5.Ensure optimal functioning of power supply, backup generators, and compressed air systems. 6.Safety & Regulatory Compliance 7.Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, factory acts, and international standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.). 8.Develop and enforce safety policies (5S, hazard identification, fire safety, chemical handling). 9.Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency drills. 10.Maintain proper documentation for legal inspections (Department of Industrial Works, Ministry of Labor). 11.Budget & Cost Management 12.Other assign

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Experience 5 years in Automotive or Plastic Manufacturing
Knowledge of Thai factory laws, safety regulations (OSHA, ISO 45001), and environmental compliance.
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
