Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for procuring various materials for the hotel, ensuring efficient and compliant procurement processes. 2. Assist the restaurant with procurement of supplies and ingredients, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. 3. Communicate, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize procurement costs. 4. Maintain clear procurement records and collaborate with the finance department for accurate reconciliation. 5. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Chinese or Thai nationality, aged between 25–45.
At least 3 years of relevant procurement experience; experience in the hotel or F&B industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills in Chinese and the ability to work fluently in Chinese.
Familiar with procurement processes and supply chain management; strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
