Job Descriptions
1.ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิต (PPC) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าแผนการผลิตสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายรายวัน/สัปดาห์ 2.ควบคุม Line การผลิตให้ดำเนินการตามแผน ควบคุม Output, Yield, Cycle Time 3.ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่าย QA/QC เพื่อป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพ ติดตาม Defect Rate และแนวโน้มต่าง ๆ 4.ควบคุมและดูแลพนักงานในสายงาน เช่น การจัดตารางทำงาน, การประเมินผล, การพัฒนาทักษะ 5.ตรวจสอบให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัย (Safety Rules) และสิ่งแวดล้อมในสายการผลิต 6.นำเสนอและดำเนินการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ เช่น ลดของเสีย เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ 7.สรุปรายงานการผลิตประจำวัน/สัปดาห์ เช่น OEE, Productivity, Downtime และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ในสายการผลิตอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช.ขึ้นไป สาขาการผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์การบริหารจัดการทีมงาน หรือการทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมมาก่อน โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า
  4. ทักษะการเป็นผู้นำและการบริหารทีม
  5. ทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงาน
  6. การคิดวิเคราะห์และการตัดสินใจ
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  8. ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิตเครื่องปรับอากาศ เช่น Line Assembly, Testing, Charging, QC, Packing
