Job Descriptions

-Plan, organize, and control production to ensure that products are produced on time, meet quality standards, and within budget. -Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory requirements, Maximizing the line availability to support best possible output. -Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in product demand or production capacity. -Engage with planning to optimize the production schedule every week in order to maximize unit line availability. -Deliver cost per case improvements driving productivity projects every year that will mitigate the inflationary pressures. -Ensure that the skill count is prioritized over headcount to be able to increase number of cases per hour worked. -Issue effective and clear instructions through the line leaders. -Conduct regular performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs. -Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high engagement. -Prepare and manage the unit’s budget, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources. -Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to address variances.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor of Science or related fields.
Experience working in factories of foods, beverages, or pharma multinational companies for at least 10 years.
Supervisor management level experience of at least 5 year.
Attention to quality and continuous development
Development of personnel capabilities in the organization
Dedication to the success of the organization
Excellent command of English communication
Be able to work in Pathumthani Plant
