Job Descriptions1.Develop and implement the company's Document Control process to manage the creation, approval, revision, and distribution of controlled documents.
2.Coordinate with the Department Head to identify and list documents that require control and distribution.
3.Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with company standards and regulations.
4.Prepare meeting for management reviews, coordinate, and perform tasks related to management review meetings.
5.Provide training and support to team members on documentation processes and systems.
6.Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation to clients and regulatory bodies.
