Job Descriptions

- Plan and manage Facebook/Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media campaigns - Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key KPIs (e.g., CPL, ROAS) - Conduct A/B tests for both creatives and audience segments - Collaborate with the product marketing, content, and design teams to align campaign execution - Prepare campaign reports and regularly update the team lead - Manage tracking tools and infrastructure including pixels, UTM parameters, and events

Qualifications

Approximately 24–28 years old (flexible)
At least 2–3 years of direct experience running Facebook Ads (experience with other platforms is a plus but not required)
Solid understanding of performance marketing concepts (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA)
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, with experience in Business Manager and Pixel setups
Good communicator and collaborative team player
Highly responsible and eager to learn by doing
