Job Descriptions

1. Oversee full-cycle CNC manufacturing operations, including production planning, machine optimization, tooling selection, quality control, and workflow improvements. 2. Lead and manage production teams to ensure on-time delivery, precision, and efficiency across all fabrication processes. 3. Drive business development by identifying and acquiring clients in the global aerospace, defense, and high-tech sectors. 4. Ensure compliance with international aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP if applicable). 5. Manage and control production costs, pricing structures, customer quotations, and profit margins. 6. Develop strategic manufacturing plans, process improvements, and automation initiatives to support scalable operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in CNC-based manufacturing for aerospace or high-precision industries.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing machine shop operations, multi-axis CNC systems, and production teams.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value manufacturing projects and meeting customer expectations.
Experience in dealing with international clients, contract manufacturing, or OEMs in the aerospace sector.
Strong understanding of cost control, pricing strategy, and customer relationship management.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
