Job Descriptions

1. Lead and manage all technical operations related to the design, development, integration, prototyping, and flight testing of UAVs of various sizes, including tactical UAVs, MALE UAVs, and micro/mid-sized UAV systems. 2. Work in line and support strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational or national defense objectives. 3. Oversee production quality, system integration, airworthiness assessments, and compliance with international testing standards. 4. Coordinate and supervise cross-functional teams including R&D, aeronautical engineering, avionics, flight control systems, data links, and optional payloads such as EO/IR or weapon systems. 4. Serve as a mentor and provide leadership to junior engineering staff in UAV and aerospace innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in UAV design, system engineering, or aerospace development, with demonstrated success in managing and delivering UAV platforms.
Documented portfolio of successful UAV programs (military or commercial), including photos, test reports, or operational deployment proof.
Strong project management capabilities with experience handling large-scale engineering programs.
Familiarity with standards such as MIL-STD, DO-178C, DO-254, AS9100, or similar (preferred).
High-level leadership skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making under complex technical environments.
