Job description
1. Define brand and product policies, directions, and image in alignment with the company’s vision.
2. Develop marketing strategies, create campaigns, activities, and promotions.
3. Plan and strengthen brand and product positioning.
4. Oversee sales policies and planning for both online and offline channels.
5. Manage brand operations and maintain customer relationships.
6. Observe, assess, and analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
7. Monitor sales performance, market share, revenue, and cost, and adjust plans to improve efficiency.
8.Evaluate brand and product development opportunities and performance.
9.Maintain brand image and manage all public relations and communication channels.

1. กำหนดนโยบาย ทิศทาง และภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์และผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เป็นไปตามวิสัยทัศน์ขององค์กร
2. พัฒนากลยุทธ์ แผนการตลาด คิดค้นโครงการ กิจกรรม โปรโมชั่น
3. พัฒนาและวางแผนเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และแบรนด์ให้แข็งแรง
4. ดูแลนโยบายและแผนการขายทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์
5. บริหารจัดการแบรนด์ และรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
6. สังเกตและประเมิน สำรวจและวิเคราะห์ แนวโน้มทางตลาด พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค
7. ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพในการขาย ส่วนแบ่งการตลาด รายได้และต้นทุน และปรับแผนเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการขาย
8. ประเมินประสิทธิภาพและโอกาสในการพัฒนาแบรนด์และผลิตภัณฑ์
9. ดูแลภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์รวมถึงบริหารสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ต่างๆ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาบริหาร การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานการบริหารจัดการแบรนด์
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน FMCG
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำสูง สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- มีความสามารถในการบริหาร วางแผน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
