Job Descriptions1. Sales and Market Development:
- Formulate and implement sales strategies for overseas markets and accomplish the company's sales targets;
- Develop overseas agents, distributors and end-users channels and establish long-term cooperative relationships;
- Leading the research and business layout of new markets (such as Europe, America, Southeast Asia, etc.).
2.Key Account Development and Management:
- Explore global TOP-level OEMs, Tier1 suppliers and other major customer resources, and promote project cooperation;
- Maintain customer relationship and coordinate internal technical and production teams to provide customized solutions;
- Leading business negotiations, signing contracts and following up the whole process of order delivery.
3.Supplier and industry resource integration:
- Familiar with auto parts supply chain system, responsible for overseas supplier development and evaluation;
- Cooperate with procurement team to optimize supply chain cost, ensure product quality and delivery cycle;
- Tracking industry dynamics (e.g. storage batteries, etc.) and providing market trend analysis reports.
4. Cross-sector collaboration:
- Coordinate with R&D, production, logistics and other departments to implement projects;
- Regularly report the progress of overseas business and risk control measures to the management.
