Job Descriptions
1. รับผิดชอบในการติดตามสัญญาณเตือนภัยของสถานีดับเพลิงและระบบกล้องตรวจสอบของโรงงานในสวนสาธารณะตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง 2. เชี่ยวชาญและเชี่ยวชาญประสิทธิภาพทางเทคนิคและวิธีการใช้งานของอุปกรณ์ตรวจสอบส่วนกลางและอุปกรณ์แจ้งเตือนเหตุเพลิงไหม้ 3. ใช้และเก็บอุปกรณ์และสิ่งของอื่นๆ ที่ใช้ในตำแหน่งนี้อย่างถูกต้อง 4. ใส่ใจอย่างใกล้ชิดกับไดนามิกต่างๆ บนหน้าจอตรวจสอบและแจ้งตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้องทันที 5. เมื่อระบบดับเพลิงแจ้งเตือนหรือได้รับสัญญาณเตือนภัย หน่วยดับเพลิงควรตอบสนองต่อสัญญาณเตือนภัยทันที 6. ติดต่อกับจุดตรวจตรา รายงานสถานการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ตลอดเวลา และจัดการกับเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ อย่างทันท่วงที 7. โต้ตอบกับตำแหน่งอื่นๆ ในทรัพย์สินเพื่อประสานงานในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ การซ่อมแซม และการบำรุงรักษา
Qualifications
  1. มีทักษะด้านซอฟต์แวร์สำนักงาน ทักษะการจัดการอุปกรณ์ดับเพลิงและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ผิดปกติ ทักษะการตอบสนองต่อเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉินจากเหตุเพลิงไหม้ เป็นต้น
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านไฟฟ้า
  3. เต็มใจที่จะเรียนรู้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของอสังหาริมทรัพย์และช่วยเหลือหน้าที่ของอสังหาริมทรัพย์
  4. สามารถรับงานเป็นกะได้
  5. มีทักษะด้านไฟฟ้า
