Job Descriptions
- รับเรื่อง วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นจากลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ พร้อมส่งต่อเคสที่ซับซ้อนไปยัง Tier ถัดไปเมื่อจำเป็น - ดูแลและติดตั้งระบบปฏิบัติการ Linux พร้อมกำหนดค่าเซิร์ฟเวอร์ให้เหมาะสม - จัดการและดูแลระบบคอนเทนเนอร์โดยใช้ Docker และ Kubernetes อย่างมีคุณภาพ - ติดตั้งและบริหารจัดการซอฟต์แวร์โอเพนซอร์ส เช่น Mail Server, Nginx, และ CI/CD Tools ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานองค์กร - ร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในกระบวนการ DevOps เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความต่อเนื่องในการพัฒนาระบบ - ใช้งานเครื่องมือ Agile Tool เช่น Jira และ Confluence ในการวางแผนและติดตามงาน - สามารถทำงานแบบ 24/7 พร้อมมอนิเตอร์ระบบงานทั้ง Server, Network, Software และ Application เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็วและรอบด้าน
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี ทางด้าน System Administration หรือ System Engineering
  3. มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านการใช้ภาษา Script (เช่น Python, Bash)
  4. มีความชำนาญในระบบ Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS หรือ RHEL)
  5. มีเข้าใจและสามารถใช้งาน Docker และ Kubernetes ได้ดี
  6. มีประสบการณ์การจัดการ Web Server (เช่น Nginx) และ Mail Server
  7. มีความสามารถในดูแลระบบ CI/CD Tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins หรือตัวอื่น ๆ)
  8. มีประสบการณ์การจัดการฐานข้อมูลหรือดูแล เช่น MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database
  9. มีความรู้ในกระบวนการ DevOps และการทำ Automation เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวก
  10. เข้าใจระบบเครือข่าย (Network) และขั้นตอนการดูแลเซิร์ฟเวอร์
  11. สามารถใช้งาน Jira, Confluence หรือ Agile Tool อื่น ๆ ได้
  12. มีประสบการณ์การดูแล/ออกแบบระบบ Monitoring Tools (เช่น Prometheus, Grafana)
  13. สามารถใช้งาน Cloud Platforms เช่น AWS, Azure, หรือ GCP
  14. สามารถตั้งค่าและบริหารระบบฐานข้อมูลเชิงลึก เช่น การออกแบบ Schema, การทำ Query Optimization
  15. สามารถจัดการด้าน Security กับ Infrastructure
  16. มีทักษะการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  17. มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาและทำงานแบบหลายหน้าที่ (Multi-tasking)
  18. ยืดหยุ่นและพร้อมรับมือกับงานด่วนในสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ
