Job Descriptions
1.Follow up on Purchase Orders (P/O)Handle bookings and schedule with carrier.
2.Prepare and update shipping schedules to Shipper and Consignee at destination.
3.Coordinate shipments and provide relevant information.
4.Create and file all necessary shipping documents.
5.Manage customer inquiries and Solve problem efficiently.
6.Prepare shipping documents and verify commercial documents prior to B/L release
7.Prepare shipment folders for overseas customers and ensure proper filing of documents 8.Create invoice for collection payment and follow up for overdue payment Issue. Receipt upon receive payment.
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์, การค้าระหว่างประเทศ, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในสายงาน Freight Forwarder หรือโลจิสติกส์นำเข้า-ส่งออก
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับเอกสารการนำเข้า-ส่งออก และพิธีการศุลกากร
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี และสามารถเข้าร่วมทำงานกับผู้ร่วมงานได้ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ Outlook
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (พูด/เขียน) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
