Job Descriptions
1. Set up machine / Chang Model
2. Set up Program CNC Turning
3. มีความรู้เรื่องโปรแกรม G-code และ M-code ซึ่งใช้ควบคุมการทำงานของเครื่อง
4. เข้าใจการอ่านแบบทางวิศวกรรม (Drawing/Blueprints) และสามารถแปลความหมายเพื่อใช้ผลิตชิ้นงานได้
5. ใช้เครื่องมือวัดต่าง ๆ เช่น เวอร์เนียร์ ไมโครมิเตอร์ เกจวัดความสูง หรือ CMM เพื่อตรวจสอบขนาดชิ้นงาน
6. ตั้งค่าเครื่อง CNC และปรับค่าพารามิเตอร์ เช่น ความเร็วรอบ (RPM), ความเร็วป้อน (Feed Rate), ความลึกในการตัด ฯลฯ
Qualifications
- อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช./ปวส./ปริญญาตรี สาขาช่างกลโรงงาน, ช่างแมคคาทรอนิกส์, วิศวกรรมการผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์/ การ
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานกับเครื่อง CNC 3 แกน, 5 แกน หรือเครื่อง Multi-axis
- สามารถใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ CAD/CAM เช่น Mastercam, Fusion 360, หรือ SolidCAM ได้
