Job Descriptions
Supervise and support QC team members involved in inspection and quality control activities. Monitor and follow up on quality issues arising during the production process. Coordinate with production, engineering, and related departments to resolve quality-related problems. Prepare and maintain internal reports on product quality performance and non-conformance issues. Handle customer complaints related to product quality and support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure effective quality control at all stages: Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection. Participate in and support continuous improvement activities related to quality (e.g., Kaizen, 5Why, Fishbone). Support internal and external audits related to quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001). Perform other quality-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female, aged 25 years or older.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
  4. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and systems including:
  5. - IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
  6. - QC 7 Tools
  7. - Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
  8. - Kaizen, Quality Awareness, and JIS/DIN standards
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  10. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  11. Team management skills and the ability to make initial decisions independently.
  12. Possess a valid driver’s license.
  13. Able and willing to work in a shift-based schedule.
  14. * Have experience in quality inspection processes for welding production.*
